14-DAY RETURNS

Need to exchange or return your purchase? We’re here to assist! You can do so within 14 days of delivery. Exchanging or returning can be done quickly and easily by clicking here.

NOTE:

  • For items on sale, CARL. ITALY does not provide refunds. These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or redeemed for store credit.
  • For 1+1 deals, both items must be returned together. We cannot provide a refund or store credit if only one of the two items is returned. However, items in the 1+1 deal can be exchanged for a different size or color of the same product. If you wish to exchange only one of the items, please return only the item you want to exchange and keep the other one.

RETURN PERIOD: We offer a return period of 14 days during which you may return your package without giving any reason. These 14 days start from the day you receive the package. Please ensure the return shipment is sent back to us within this period.

RETURN CONDITIONS: All items must be returned in an unworn and unwashed condition suitable for resale with the tags still attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

RETURN COSTS: Returns are at your own expense, depending on the courier and the country from which you return your package.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME: If you indicate that you would like to exchange a product when you register your return, we will process this promptly to ensure your exchange is completed within a few days. We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse, we will process it within 10 working days. The 10 working days start from the moment your package arrives at our warehouse, as shown on your tracking information. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a notification. Please note that it can take up to 3 days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

  • What can I do if my exchange product is no longer available?
    Contact our customer service team for possible solutions. If the product is sold out after you’ve created your return, we will contact you to find an alternative solution.

  • Where can I find my order number to register my return?
    Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. This is a five-digit code. If you haven’t received this email, our customer service team will be happy to help.

  • What should I do if a product is delivered faulty or damaged?
    If a product is damaged during shipment or production, please email us at info@carl-italy.com with a photo of the damage. Our customer service team will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • What should I do if I want to return my order outside the return period?
    Returns must be made within the 14-day period. If this is not possible, we offer the option of exchanging the product for a replacement or a voucher. Please contact our customer support team to explore available options.

PLEASE NOTE: Returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
